As secondhand fashion grows in popularity, Gen Z users still struggle to discover items that reflect their personal style. ReList set out to make vintage fashion feel more visual, searchable, and emotionally resonant.
Help shape the early-stage product experience and brand identity by leading user research, designing content strategies, and creating high-impact visuals and UX suggestions.
Conducted 50+ user interviews in a single day to identify needs, behaviors, and language patterns around secondhand shopping.
Synthesized research insights into UX recommendations, influencing early UI directions like smart filters and category logic.
Led the production of short-form videos (TikTok/Instagram), including shooting, editing, and publishing native content to grow organic reach.
Directed and shot original photography to visually express the ReList aesthetic and brand voice.
Actively contributed to early brand positioning, focusing on emotional storytelling and Gen Z resonance.
